A deposit of 1/3rd is due upon signing the contract. A deposit of 1/2 on special ordered and custom personalized contracts. Final payment is due within 30 days of job completion.

To assist in helping to keep our services affordable we prefer payment in cash or check. We cannot take card payments over the phone due to charge fees. We do accept credit card payments in person, or paid through invoice that can be emailed to you by request.

 You most likely would have a copy with your deed. The attorney that did the sale of your house legally has to keep it on file, some people are able to get it through the town from an old permit application. The property line in most circumstances never changes meaning  any survey no matter how old should be accurate. This is needed to make sure we are not encroaching on the neighbors property.

 A list of the building inspector's phone number's can be downloaded below. Call the appropriate number to see what is required and how much the permit is. All towns have different requirements. It is the homeowners responsibility to obtain the necessary permits.

After receiving the signed contract, survey, and down payment you will be placed on our job install list. You will be given a timeline of when the work should be completed depending on f including weather.

The week prior to the work being started you should recieve a call with the day we plan on being at your property. For any jobs that require digging new holes we have to call 811 dig to mark your property. We cannot start the work until anything is marked that is in our path underground. This is a safety and State requirement.
